209.4 - Verification policy
Policies
Time and attention are the only resources we have that are truly scarce. Polite use of our time and attention is expected at all times.

Our policy with regard to verification as follows:

1. Only one verification per transaction. If you call me and I very myself and the call is lost and you call me back, I do not need to verify myself again.
2. If you call us, we reserve the right to verify you using standard processes such as identifying motorcycles and providing account/corporate information until we are satisfied that you are who you say you are.
3. For example: if I verify myself in a call and then you transfer me, I do not consent to continue to verify myself as a function of your internal organizational decisions.
